Position: Appointment Setter (Full-Time | Remote)
Hours: Long, flexible hours. Leads come in morning, day and night, and you call them as they arrive, including early mornings and late evenings (US time).
Pay: $1,000–$2,000/month (base + uncapped commission). Top setters move into a full sales role earning $5,000–$7,000/month.
Must have: Near-perfect, clear spoken English. This job is all phone calls with US business owners.

Sitefully helps contractors and home service businesses get more customers with websites, lead generation, reviews and automation. We're growing fast and need a setter to keep our sales calendar full.
This is not a 9-to-5
This isn't a traditional shift job. Leads come in throughout the day and night, so some hours are busy and some are quiet. When a new lead comes in, you call right away, wherever you are in your day. You either book them onto our closer's calendar, or pre-qualify them on the spot and transfer them live to his phone. In between, you work through older leads in the pipeline and call each of them three times a day. Expect long but somewhat flexible hours: you plan your day around the leads, not a fixed schedule.
What you'll do
- Call every new inbound lead within 3 minutes, using our dialer
- Call older leads in our GoHighLevel pipeline three times a day, following up until they book or say no
- Pre-qualify every lead on the call, then either transfer them live to our closer's phone or book them onto his calendar for a Google Meet call
- Confirm appointments so people show up
- Follow up with no-shows, cancellations and leads who haven't replied
- Log call outcomes in GoHighLevel. Our pipeline is already built and automated, so most of the tracking is done for you. Every lead shows up with its history and context, so you can focus on the call.
You're a fit if you
- Have appointment setting, cold calling or phone sales experience
- Sound confident and friendly on the phone and on Google Meet
- Can work long hours, including early mornings and late evenings US time
- Are driven by commission. Most of your pay comes from the qualified calls you book
- Follow through without being chased
- Have reliable internet, a quiet place to work, and your own computer
- Bonus: you've used GoHighLevel or worked with contractors
